Explore Tarangire’s baobab country on a game drive, following the park tracks towards riverine habitats and open grassland. Continue to your lodge after a picnic lunch, allowing time to settle in before dinner.
Tarangire’s river corridors, baobabs and mixed bush give a drive its changing rhythm. Look beyond the largest animals to birds, tracks and the smaller details your guide can point out. The precise route follows conditions rather than a promised list of sightings. The day closes at Marera Valley Lodge, with the meal basis shown in the programme.

Inside the Ngorongoro Crater
Descend into the crater for a game drive across grassland, wetlands and woodland. Enjoy a picnic stop before leaving the crater and returning towards Arusha. Your onward travel arrangements will be planned around the confirmed arrival time.
The crater is a different landscape from the surrounding highlands, with open grassland, wetland and woodland habitats close together. The daily sequence needs to work with access arrangements and the onward drive, with time allowed for a meal stop and wildlife viewing.
